Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with Vegetable Basket Zimbabwe. We take pride in providing the freshest, highest-quality produce to our customers.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind or Price Dissatisfaction

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on:

  • A change of mind
  • Price dissatisfaction
  • Preference for a different product or supplier

We encourage customers to check prices and product details before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are:

  • Damaged on delivery
  • Spoiled upon arrival
  • Incorrect or missing items

You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. If we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit (no cash refunds).

3. Delivery Issues

If we attempt delivery and you are unreachable or provide incorrect delivery information:

  • The order will be marked as delivered
  • No refund or replacement will be issued

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

4. Non-Returnable Items

All fresh produce and perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven to be faulty upon arrival.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once prepared for delivery, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
